Energy audit

The most precious energy is the one that is saved.

The purpose of the energy audit is to recommend to the owner specific solutions to save energy, as well as when and in which order the retrofitting work should be carried out.

An energy audit aims to reduce the building’s heating costs, hot water costs and ventilation and air conditioning costs. An energy audit can be comprehensive, i.e. carried out in its entirety, but it can also be partial and focus on individual issues such as lighting, heating or cooling.

An energy performance certificate is drawn up for each building to be put into use, as well as for buildings, dwellings and parts of buildings constituting an independent technical and functional unit.
