General Information

  1. Pursuant to art. 13 sections 1 and 2 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Union and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Official Journal of the EU L 119 of 04.05.2016), hereinafter referred to as  GDPR, please be informed that:
  2. The Administrator of your personal data is Byge Wojciech Izdebski with the registered office at Eschersheimer Landstraße 363, 60320 Frankfurt am Main Lublin, e—mail address: office@byge.de, hereinafter referred to the “Administrator” and being the “Service Provider” at the same time.
  3. The data protection is effected pursuant to generally applicable laws ana their storage takes place on protected servers.
  4. The Operator is the Administrator of your personal data as regards the data provided on a voluntary basis on the Website in the scope necessary for the tasks to be  performed by the Data Administrator pursuant to the authorisation or obligation resulting from legislation in force.

Purpose of processing and legal basis

The Administrator processes the personal data of the Users of www.byge.de in case of:

a) using a contact form (pricing form), pursuant to art. 6 section 1 letter b of the GDPR (executing of the agreement for provision of service by electronic means),

b) placing orders on the website in order to execute  the sale agreement pursuant to art. 6 section 1 letter b of the GDPR (execution of the sales agreement),

c) pursuing claims, if any, or protection against claims resulting from the agreement as concluded pursuant to the administrator’s legitimate interest under art. 6 section 1 letter f of the GDPR.

Type of processed personal data 

In case of:

a) Order the Service User provides:
– Name (forename and surname),
– Company,
– Taxpayer Identification Number,
– Address,
– E-mail address,
– Telephone number,
b)  pricing or other enquiry, the Service User provides
– Name (forename and surname
– E-mail address.

Archiving personal data

Your personal data shall be stored for the period necessary to accomplish the objective for which they were collected, for the time determined by the archive category of a given case, and afterwards for the purpose of fulfilling the obligation of document archiving resulting from the Law of 14 July 1983 on the National Archival Fonds and Archives and also until the statute of limitation of claims expires. As regards marketing data, they shall not be processed for the period longer than 3 years.

Disclosure of personal data 

  1. The recipients of your data may be the entities to whom your data will be transmitted pursuant to applicable legislation. Provision of personal data is a statutory requirement (failure to provide personal details by the person obliged to do so does not allow to execute the task for that person). It concerns the following groups of service recipients: authorised employees  and associates who use these data in order to execute the goal of website operation.
  2. While using the Website some additional information may be collected, in particular: IP address assigned to the User’s computer or external IP address of the Internet provider, domain, browser type, access time, operating system.
  3. You have the right to access your personal data, to change (correct) them, to limit data processing and file a complaint to the supervisory authority under the GDPR. Cookies

  1. Cookies identify the user, which allows to match the website contents  to their needs. By remembering user preferences, cookies enable to create personal advertising. Collected data are used only within the company  Byge Wojciech Izdebski for the purpose of operation optimisation.
  2. Our website uses two types of cookies: session and persistent.
    a) session cookies are temporary files that are stored in the User’s terminal device until you log out (until you leave the website).
    b) persistent cookies are stored in the User’s terminal device over the entire period determined in the cookies parameters or until they are deleted by the User.
  3. Our website uses the following cookies to enable the use of services offered through the website, to collect information on the use of web pages of our website; to enable to record the settings chosen by the user and to enable personalisation of user interface and to provide the user with interest-based advertising content.
  4. The user is provided with a possibility of turning off or restoring the option to collect cookies by changing the settings in the computer browser.
